We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive – Technical Sales to drive sales growth by identifying customer needs, presenting technical solutions, and building long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent sales skills, and a proven ability to close deals in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the target industry.
  2. Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
  3. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions with clients.
  4. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  5. Collaborate with the technical team to provide accurate information and support to clients.
  6. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
  7. Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations.
  8. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  9. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  4. Ability to understand and interpret technical specifications.
  5. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  6. Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  2. Prior experience in Light Engineering technical sales.
  3. Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
