
Sales Executive – Technical Sales

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive – Technical Sales to drive sales growth by identifying customer needs, presenting technical solutions, and building long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent sales skills, and a proven ability to close deals in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the target industry.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions with clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the technical team to provide accurate information and support to clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events as required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and interpret technical specifications.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Prior experience in Light Engineering technical sales.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
