The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating sales of Almaymaar's real estate projects by identifying client needs, providing expert investment advice, and building long-term relationships. This role involves proactive lead generation, client consultation, and achieving assigned sales targets through professional guidance and client-centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
·Actively promote Almaymaar's real estate projects to potential investors and buyers.
·Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' investment goals and recommend appropriate property options.
·Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, referrals, digital campaigns, and networking.
·Arrange site visits and project presentations for clients and follow up regularly to close sales.
·Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches and investment proposals tailored to individual clients.
·Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Almaymaar's offerings, market trends, pricing, and competitors.
·Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the team lead/manager.
·Maintain accurate records of client interactions, deals, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
·Participate in property expos, seminars, and promotional events organized by the company.
·Provide after-sales support to clients and maintain strong long-term relationships.
Qualifications & Requirements:
·Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
·1–2 years of experience in real estate sales or investment advisory. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also be considered.
·Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
·Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
·Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
·Knowledge of the local real estate market and investment trends is an advantage.
