Job Title: Business Development Executive (Night Shift)

Working Hours: 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Night Shift)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: Basic Salary - PKR 20,000 to 30,000 + Commission

Experience Level: Entry Level (Freshers, Interns)

Job Responsibilities:

As a Business Development Executive, your primary responsibility will be to close business deals with clients based in the United States. This exciting role offers an excellent opportunity for freshers and interns to kick-start their career in business development.

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.

Initiate contact and build relationships with potential clients in the US.

Present products/services to clients, showcasing their benefits and addressing any concerns.

Negotiate and close business deals, meeting or exceeding set targets.

Collaborate with the team to develop effective sales strategies.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to work night shifts (7:00 PM to 3:00 AM).

Eagerness to learn and adapt to a dynamic business environment.

Previous sales or business development experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Competitive basic salary with lucrative commission structure.
