Role Overview

The Customer Interaction Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls. This full-time on-site position is located in Faisalabad, Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Communication: Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently, addressing customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.

  • Escalation Process: Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate good problem-solving skills, ability to think on their feet, and handle stressful situations effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent, preferably with an associate's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
