Responsibilities
  • Provide service and customer support during field visits.
  • Manage on-site installation, repair, and maintenance within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct client demonstrations when required.
  • Diagnose technical issues and determine appropriate solutions.
  • Prepare and submit service reports, work orders, expense reports, and timesheets.
  • Coordinate with both technical and management teams.
  • Evaluate products for maintenance, warranty, and upgrades.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to resolve issues.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
  • Provide technical support for complex issues.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships through excellent service.
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate service documentation, including maintenance records, warranty contracts, and installation reports.
  • Perform assigned tasks while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
