App Marketing Specialist | ASO & Monetization Expert | Entrepreneur & Team Leader | Driving User Acquisition & Revenue Growth

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute user acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, ASA, and other ad networks
  2. Analyze performance metrics (ROAS, LTV, CPI, Retention) to optimize campaigns and reduce acquisition costs
  3. Collaborate with product, design, and development teams to improve app store listings, onboarding, and in-app conversion
  4. Design and test creatives (videos, banners, icons, screenshots) that maximize engagement and install rate
  5. Manage ASO strategies for Google Play and App Store to improve organic visibility and conversion
  6. Run A/B tests to validate hypotheses around ads, app flows, and monetization strategies
  7. Identify and execute partnerships or cross-promotion opportunities to grow user base
  8. Monitor market trends and competitor strategies to stay ahead in the growth game

Skills & Experience:

  1. 2–5 years of experience in mobile marketing, growth, or performance marketing
  2. Practical experience with ad platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Apple Search Ads
  3. Proficient in Firebase, Google Analytics, and in-house tracking/reporting tools
  4. Strong grasp of ROAS, CAC, LTV, and user funnel metrics
  5. Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to growth
  6. Bonus: Experience with AdMob, subscription monetization, and campaign testing strategies
