Job Title: Sales & Marketing Team Lead

Working days: From Monday to Saturday

Number of Positions: 01

Salary range: 50,000 PKR to 70,000 PKR and performance-based bonuses

Experience Required:5–7 Years (Business Development, Sales, or Marketing)

Reporting to: CEO

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans aligned with company goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the business development/sales team to exceed targets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to refine strategies.

Business Development & Sales Execution

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts with clients, distributors, or partners.

Marketing & Brand Growth

  • Oversee marketing campaigns (digital, events, PR) to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling promotional content and strategies.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize ROI.

Team & Performance Management

  • Set clear KPIs and monitor team performance through reports and analytics.
  • Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance work culture.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare regular sales, revenue, and marketing activity reports for senior management.
  • Forecast sales trends and budgets, ensuring resource allocation supports growth goals.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5–7 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, digital marketing tools, and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
