About the job: MANAGER- SALES EXPORT (NVOCC)

1. Strategically plan and implement sales initiatives to achieve and exceed revenue targets, ensuring the company's competitive positioning in the NVOCC and freight forwarding sectors.

2. Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including exporters, shipping lines, and international agents, to foster collaboration and build a robust client base.

3. Achieve a gross profit of at least 3 times the monthly salary.

4. Develop and maintain a substantial portfolio of potential customers for the company. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to the senior management.

5. Coordinate with operations, customer service, and documentation teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

6. Mentor junior sales staff, sharing industry knowledge and best practices to improve overall team performance. Identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities by analyzing trends, understanding client needs, and customizing solutions to meet unique business requirements.

7. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings to enhance visibility and networking.

8. Gather client feedback and share insights with relevant teams to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

5-7 years experience in sales within the shipping and logistics industry.
