
Executive Assistant

Devsinc is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to work directly with the CEO.
Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Coordinate and maintain the executive's schedule, ensuring timely appointments, prioritizing tasks, and avoiding conflicts.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare for meetings, including drafting agendas, preparing materials, and recording minutes.
- Communication Liaison: Manage and respond to emails, calls, and other correspondence on behalf of the executive, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Travel Arrangements: Plan and book domestic and international travel, including accommodations, itineraries, and transportation.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Administrative Support: Perform additional tasks, such as filing, expense reporting, and maintaining office supplies.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree and 2-3 years of experience.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with specific tools like Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, etc. is a plus.
