We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Generalist to join our team at the Lahore Manufacturing Facility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP HCM Module and Decibel HRM, with a strong grip on Employee Engagement, Talent Acquisition, and Multitasking across HR functions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Administer HR operations through SAP HCM and Decibel HRM platforms.
  • Coordinate with line managers for workforce planning and talent development.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, appraisals, and disciplinary actions.
  • Provide support in performance management and organizational development.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial setup.
  • Proficiency in SAP HCM (Human Capital Management).
  • Practical knowledge of Decibel HRM software.
  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement Programs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

Education:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or a related field.
