Overview:

Napollo Software Design is urgently recruiting an HR Generalist to work on-site at our Bahria Town, Lahore office. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, enthusiastic HR professional who is passionate about supporting a growing team and enjoys working across multiple HR functions and technologies.

Core Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

● Coordinate and support recruitment processes (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).

● Facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation of new hires.

Employee Relations

● Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and workplace concerns.

● Support a positive work environment by addressing employee issues promptly and professionally.

● Ensure adherence to company policies and employment laws.

● Assist in developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures.

Payroll & Benefits Administration

● Coordinate with payroll vendors to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

● Administer employee benefits programs and respond to related inquiries.

Performance Management

● Support the performance appraisal process and help managers with performance reviews.

● Track probationary reviews, appraisals, and goal-setting processes.

Training & Development

● Identify employee training needs and assist in organizing training programs.

● Maintain training records and evaluations.

HRIS & Record Keeping

● Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.

● Generate reports and track HR metrics (e.g., turnover, absenteeism).

Employee Engagement

● Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and activities.

● Assist with internal communication efforts.

Disciplinary Actions & Grievances

● Support managers in handling disciplinary actions in accordance with company policy.

● Ensure fair and legal resolution of grievances.

Good-to-have Skills:

● Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (FlowHCM preferred)

● Working knowledge of local labor legislation and statutory compliance

● Familiarity with performance management frameworks and training delivery

● Basic understanding of payroll processing systems

● Exposure to talent development tools and succession planning

Education:

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience:

Minimum of three (3) years of hands-on experience in HR generalist or similar roles

A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered
