We are seeking an exceptional Human Resources Generalist to join our team.

Job Summary

This role will be responsible for managing various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Recruitment:
  • Identify and attract top talent through effective sourcing strategies and candidate engagement techniques.
  • Develop and implement hiring plans to meet business needs while ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce.
Employee Relations:
  • Maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels, addressing concerns and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters, such as leave policies, performance management, and conflict resolution.
Benefits Administration:
  • Administer and manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits-related transactions and communications.
Compliance:
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
  • Develop and implement procedures to maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with 1-3 years of experience in HR generalist roles. They should demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Additional requirements include proficiency in HR software, strong analytical and organizational abilities, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
