Role Description: Franchise Investor & Owner
This is a full-time ownership role for a Franchise Partner at ASTRIV. The Franchise Partner will make a strategic investment to acquire the rights to operate an ASTRIV school franchise. Responsibilities include managing the school's financial performance, overseeing daily operations, and driving local marketing and enrollment initiatives. In this partnership, your school will be "Powered by ASTRIV," benefiting from our complete and continuous support, including curriculum, technology, and operational guidance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business management or entrepreneurship.
- Sufficient capital for the franchise investment and operational runway.
- A deep commitment to upholding ASTRIV's educational standards and brand values.
- Strong financial analysis and budget management skills.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive business growth.
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Education, or a related discipline is required. Experience in the education sector is a plus.
