Now, we need someone just as bold to lead the charge.
Responsibilities- Own it all, from first prospect touch to signed contract.
- Bring enterprise clients through outbound across LinkedIn, HubSpot, G2, and Upwork.
- Build your own sales team once you start closing deals. (Real leadership, not lip service.)
- Write the playbook others will follow — strategy, execution, optimization.
- Spot bottlenecks, fix them fast, and never wait to be told what to do.
- Work in US time zones to stay close to the action and decision-makers.
- 4+ years closing enterprise deals in SaaS or PaaS.
- Bachelor's degree (or real-world grit that matches).
- A builder's mindset: You find gaps and create solutions.
- You own your number, no excuses.
- A go-to attitude: You start the fire and keep it burning.
- Comfortable working US business hours, this isn't a "send and wait" kind of role.
- First 60 Days: Lower base + High commissions (prove your chops).
- After 60 Days: Higher base + commissions, based on results.
- Full ownership. Real career path. No layers of red tape.
