Responsibilities
  • Own it all, from first prospect touch to signed contract.
  • Bring enterprise clients through outbound across LinkedIn, HubSpot, G2, and Upwork.
  • Build your own sales team once you start closing deals. (Real leadership, not lip service.)
  • Write the playbook others will follow — strategy, execution, optimization.
  • Spot bottlenecks, fix them fast, and never wait to be told what to do.
  • Work in US time zones to stay close to the action and decision-makers.
Who You Need to Be
  • 4+ years closing enterprise deals in SaaS or PaaS.
  • Bachelor's degree (or real-world grit that matches).
  • A builder's mindset: You find gaps and create solutions.
  • You own your number, no excuses.
  • A go-to attitude: You start the fire and keep it burning.
  • Comfortable working US business hours, this isn't a "send and wait" kind of role.
The Deal
  • First 60 Days: Lower base + High commissions (prove your chops).
  • After 60 Days: Higher base + commissions, based on results.
  • Full ownership. Real career path. No layers of red tape.
