As a Sales Enablement Trainer, You Will
- Be responsible for performing training needs assessments.
- Develop and deliver approved curriculum and learning materials to employees.
- Assist in the production of enablement resources, materials, aids, and manuals.
- Organize and update training content and materials, leveraging LMS and SharePoint for storage and access.
- Provide a structured learning experience and monitor the quality and results of training sessions.
- Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation, training sessions, coaching, and reporting throughout their onboarding journey.
- Assess training effectiveness to ensure skills and techniques are reflected in employees' work behavior.
- Report on the progress of employees during training periods.
- Evaluate ongoing programs to ensure they reflect any changes and maintain quality control.
- Support ad-hoc requests from the executive team as a resource.
- Other duties as assigned by the department head.
You are a strong fit for this role if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, HR, or a related field (preferred).
- At least 1 year of sales experience.
- At least 1 year of training and/or enablement experience, particularly for sales.
- At least 1 year of industry experience.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing training strategies in a corporate setting.
- Familiarity with traditional training methods, tools, and techniques.
