About This Role

We seek a proactive marketing and communications professional to spearhead promotional efforts and foster strategic partnerships.

  1. Promote corporate training initiatives and events across multiple social media platforms, leveraging engaging content and campaigns.
  2. Collaborate with senior team members in Public Relations activities to develop relationships within the corporate sector, driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
  3. Assist trainers during training sessions, ensuring seamless delivery of content and fostering a productive learning environment.
  4. Liaise with local universities and colleges for training sessions, cultivating partnerships that enhance our reach and expertise.
  5. Coordinate with media outlets for program recordings, highlighting company initiatives and showcasing our commitment to excellence.
  6. Perform additional tasks related to promotion and PR as required, applying a result-oriented approach and drive success in marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate exceptional written and oral communication skills in English & Urdu, effectively conveying complex ideas and strategies.
  • Exhibit a confident and extroverted personality, able to engage with diverse audiences and build strong relationships.
  • Apply a proactive and result-oriented approach, driving success in marketing efforts and delivering measurable results.
  • Showcase good social media marketing skills, creating engaging content and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Prior experience working with trainers and consultants as a marketer and PR specialist is highly valued, bringing valuable insights and expertise to this role.
