The 108 Hotel, Islamabad's premier 20-room boutique hotel, renowned for its modern interiors, aesthetic ambiance, and personalized service, is seeking a Guest Service Officer (GSO) to join our dynamic Front Office team.

Location: The 108 Hotel, Islamabad

Position: Guest Service Officer (Front Office Department)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shifts: Rotational (Morning, Evening, Night)

About the Role:

As a Guest Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an exceptional stay. Your role is critical in delivering warm, professional, and efficient service while managing check-ins, check-outs, guest requests, and providing local insights.


• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism


• Handle check-in/check-out procedures smoothly and accurately


• Manage reservations and walk-in inquiries


• Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns


• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments for guest satisfaction


• Maintain a polished and organized front desk area


• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or a related field preferred


• 1+ year of experience in a front desk or guest-facing role in hospitality


• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)


• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for guest service


• Proficiency in PMS (OPERA experience is a plus)


• Well-groomed, confident, and calm under pressure


• Flexible to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
