Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing, including follow-ups and communication.
- Product Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of the company's fabric and printing products and services.
- Client Engagement: Deliver presentations, demonstrations, and provide technical support to clients.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms with clients to ensure successful sales deals.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and results.
- Identifying Sourcing Needs: Help clients identify their fabric and printing requirements, including types, methods, and quantities.
- Supplier Relations: Build and maintain relationships with fabric and printing suppliers, negotiating pricing and delivery terms.
- Pricing Negotiation: Work with clients to negotiate favorable pricing while maintaining profitability.
- Order Management: Manage the entire order process from placement to shipment and delivery.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effectively communicate, build relationships, and negotiate.
- Strong Sales and Persuasion Skills: Present products effectively and persuade clients.
- Product Knowledge: Knowledge of fabric types, printing technologies, and industry trends.
- Business Acumen: Understanding sales processes, pricing, and customer needs.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Resolve customer issues effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with sales software, CRM, and relevant tools.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, textile science, or related fields preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in textile or printing sales is advantageous.
