  • Understand and fulfill client requirements by identifying and onboarding the most suitable pool of candidates/resources
  • Maintain detailed candidate/resource sheets for each project as per client specifications
  • Coordinate with clients to clarify profiles, timelines, and onboarding processes
  • Familiarity with job portals (Rozee, LinkedIn, Indeed) for candidate sourcing
  • Schedule and conduct calls/interviews with shortlisted candidates
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records, contracts, and performance data
  • Assist in recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee exit processes
  • Support payroll processing, leave tracking, and attendance management
  • Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and engagement activities
  • Ensure implementation of HR policies and compliance with labor laws
  • Maintain internal HR documentation, reports, and analytics
  • Design visually appealing graphics, flyers, posters, and presentations for HR and company-wide initiatives
  • Use tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator to produce high-quality designs
  • PKR 30,000 – 40,000

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Media Sciences, or a related field

Experience:

  • 2 years of experience in HR, with exposure to social media and graphic design
  • Excellent communication skills (English & Urdu), especially over calls and email
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and client requirements
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HRIS tools
  • Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or similar graphic design tools
  • Familiarity with job portals (Rozee, LinkedIn, Indeed) for candidate sourcing
  • Ability to manage pressure, deadlines, and coordinate between multiple stakeholders
