HR Operations Professional

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in HR operations and will be responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of HR services, including payroll support, attendance management, employee relations, benefits administration, and document generation.

  • Payroll Support: Assist with payroll processing by ensuring accurate data entry, maintaining updated employee records, and resolving payroll-related queries, including discrepancies, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
  • Attendance Management: Monitor and update employee attendance records, including leave management, absenteeism, and time-off requests, ensuring accuracy and alignment with payroll processing requirements.
  • Employee Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits, including medical claims, OPD benefits, and other employee perks, while providing information and assisting employees with claims in compliance with company policies.
  • HR Queries: Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
  • Document Generation: Draft and issue various HR-related documents such as experience certificates, salary certificates, and employment letters.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in HR operations, service delivery, or a related field.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of HR software and systems, particularly in payroll, attendance, and benefits administration.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage employees effectively.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Preferred Skills
  • Payroll Systems: Experience with payroll systems, attendance tracking software, or benefits administration.
  • Employee Relations: Prior experience in employee relations.
