IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

The Group Director Enterprise Solutions North is responsible to define and lead the overall B2B sales strategy to drive sustainable revenue growth and market leadership. Align B2B sales objectives with PTCL's long-term corporate vision and national digital transformation goals. Oversee enterprise and government sales portfolios, ensuring consistent performance across all verticals within the zone. Drive achievement of annual and long-term B2B revenue goals through strategic planning and execution. Build and nurture strategic relationships with key enterprise clients, industry leaders, and public sector stakeholders. Represent PTCL in high-level forums, industry platforms, and strategic business discussions to elevate the company's B2B brand.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

  • Defines the targets of each individual, analyzes and reviews the strategy and plan to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Evaluates performance of Key Accounts Manager & Sales Management teams to drive continuous improvement and results.
  • Maintains regular contact and coordination with customers to understand and fulfill their business needs, ensuring a superior customer experience.
  • Develops comprehensive business plans and a strong sales pipeline.
  • Enhances people management skills to lead high-performing sales teams effectively.
  • Provides actionable feedback, ideas and innovations for the development of new products and solutions for PTCL customers, as per direct market needs.
  • Manages sales activities with a focus on achieving revenue targets while maintaining a high standard of customer experience.
  • Leads and manages the zonal enterprise sales team to ensure the execution of business strategies and operational goals.
  • Oversees and expands business development efforts across the B2B segment, covering all product lines and business verticals.
  • Prepares, manages, and executes the annual budget plan to align with revenue objectives and resource allocations.
  • Develops and Maintains relationship with key customers and internal stakeholders
  • Monitors adherence to legal, regulatory, financial, and compliance standards, ensuring that all activities follow established policies and procedures.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification

  • BE Telecom/Computer/Electronics/Electrical / MBA with experience of Telecom/TechnB@B o Sale
