In this role you will

This leadership role is responsible to develop new business avenues, takes new business initiatives & builds strong relationship with clients. Creates new strategic partnerships for sustainability of wholesale/reseller segment.

How can you express your talent
  • Identify new customers and segments in the market.
  • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results.
  • Gather market intelligence, competitor information, and maintain a pro-active and collaboration relationship with product management and technical teams for knowledge sharing.
  • Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets.
  • Lead a team of account managers responsible for assigned customers and facilitate them to achieve the allocated sales targets.
  • Close liaison with the Wholesale accounts, assess their long term and short-term business plans, and develop strategies to transform the customer plans into business opportunities.
  • Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
  • Monitor the revenue streams from current business avenues.
  • Ensure compliance with budgets, targets, and deadlines through the implementation of cost-efficient controls.
What you need to be successful

Qualification

  • Minimum 4-year Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecom Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
  • A Master's degree in engineering, Sciences, or Management Studies will be considered an added advantage

Experience:

  • 15 Years of relevant experience
