The Company Secretary position at Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) is a senior-level, contract-based role within the Corporate Secretariat department.

Job Title: Company Secretary

The Company Secretary role involves managing corporate governance, legal, and secretarial duties to ensure efficient operation and regulatory adherence. Responsibilities include:

1. Corporate Governance
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain and enhance the organization's governance framework.

Requirements for the Position

Candidates must meet the following qualifications and experience requirements:

Education
  • Membership in a recognized body of professional accountants OR
  • Membership in a recognized body of corporate or chartered secretaries OR

Experience
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
