Job Title: Corporate Governance Professional

We are seeking an experienced corporate governance professional to oversee our company's legal, secretarial and governance functions.

This role is ideal for professionals with extensive experience in corporate governance, regulatory compliance and company secretarial practices.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing corporate governance, legal and secretarial duties to ensure efficient operation and regulatory adherence.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the company's corporate governance framework to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  2. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective governance and compliance.
  3. Liaise with stakeholders including shareholders, directors and external auditors to ensure seamless communication and cooperation.
  4. Ensure timely filing of all necessary documents and reports with regulatory bodies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in corporate governance, regulatory compliance or company secretarial practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
