Overview

Sales Representative Officer is responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying potential clients, presenting company services, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This role requires a dynamic individual who is passionate about sales and financial markets.

Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell the company's brokerage and investment products (Equity, Commodities, Forex, etc.).
  • Identify and target potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Educate clients about trading platforms, account opening procedures, and investment opportunities.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with individual and corporate clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and financial products.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Assist in organizing seminars, webinars, and other promotional activities.
  • Maintain records of client interactions and sales leads using CRM tools.
  • Provide timely feedback to management regarding customer needs, issues, and interests.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in financial services or brokerage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
