Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Officer for Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, Faisalabad, Sialkot, Multan & Sargodha. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering personalized service, and understanding clients' financial needs. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, providing financial advice, managing client accounts, resolving complaints, and keeping clients updated on new products and services. The Relationship Officer will work closely with other departments to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
  • Customer service and client management experience
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
  • Relevant POS acquiring experience is a MUST
