We are seeking a results-driven Email Marketing Specialist with proven experience in the estimation or construction industry, specifically managing U.S.-based campaigns, to lead targeted email marketing initiatives that drive engagement, nurture leads, and generate qualified opportunities.

The ideal candidate understands the nuances of the U.S. construction market—including bid cycles, estimation workflows, compliance, and local communication styles—and can craft compelling, conversion-focused email content tailored to general contractors, developers, architects, and procurement managers.

  • Create and maintain email marketing calendars, segmentation strategies, and automation workflows using CRM platforms.

We are seeking a results-driven Email Marketing Specialist with proven experience in the estimation or construction industry, specifically managing U.S.-based campaigns, to lead targeted email marketing initiatives that drive engagement, nurture leads, and generate qualified opportunities.

The ideal candidate understands the nuances of the U.S. construction market—including bid cycles, estimation workflows, compliance, and local communication styles—and can craft compelling, conversion-focused email content tailored to general contractors, developers, architects, and procurement managers.

Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Planning:
  • Develop and manage B2B email marketing campaigns aligned with U.S. market lead generation and sales goals for construction estimation services.
  • Create and maintain email marketing calendars, segmentation strategies, and automation workflows using CRM platforms.
Content & Execution:
  • Write, design, and execute high-converting email campaigns (subject lines, content, CTAs) tailored to the U.S. audience, especially general contractors, cost estimators, and builders.
  • Develop and send newsletters, drip sequences, promotional offers, and follow-ups for RFQs, RFPs, and bid proposal submissions.
  • Optimize emails for mobile responsiveness and accessibility.
Data & Optimization:
  • Monitor KPIs (open rate, CTR, conversion, unsubscribe) and generate regular performance reports.
  • Conduct A/B tests for content, visuals, and send times to improve performance.
  • Maintain clean, segmented email lists and enforce data hygiene best practices.
Compliance & Quality Control:
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. regulations including CAN-SPAM and GDPR (if applicable to international leads).
  • Maintain brand voice, tone, and consistency across all communications.
  • Collaborate with the design and estimation teams to align messaging with current project timelines and service offerings.
Requirements:
  • Proven hands-on experience in email marketing, preferably in the construction, estimation, or B2B technical services industry.
  • Prior experience creating and managing email campaigns for U.S.-based audiences.
  • Proficient with email marketing and CRM tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or HubSpot.
  • Exceptional copywriting and editing skills for a professional, technical audience.
  • Understanding of construction estimation workflows, bidding processes, and procurement cycles.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and basic performance attribution.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email formatting is a strong advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience with construction SaaS, bid management software, or subcontractor outreach platforms.
  • Familiarity with lead scoring models and CRM/email integrations.
  • Knowledge of regional compliance factors for marketing in the U.S. construction sector.
