We are seeking a results-driven Email Marketing Specialist with proven experience in the estimation or construction industry, specifically managing U.S.-based campaigns, to lead targeted email marketing initiatives that drive engagement, nurture leads, and generate qualified opportunities.

The ideal candidate understands the nuances of the U.S. construction market—including bid cycles, estimation workflows, compliance, and local communication styles—and can craft compelling, conversion-focused email content tailored to general contractors, developers, architects, and procurement managers.

  • Develop and manage B2B email marketing campaigns aligned with U.S. market lead generation and sales goals for construction estimation services.
  • Create and maintain email marketing calendars, segmentation strategies, and automation workflows using CRM platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Strategy & Planning: Develop and manage campaigns, create marketing calendars, segmentation strategies, and automation workflows.
  2. Content & Execution: Write, design, and execute high-converting email campaigns, develop newsletters, drip sequences, promotional offers, and follow-ups, optimize for mobile responsiveness.
  3. Data & Optimization: Monitor KPIs, conduct A/B tests, maintain email list hygiene.
  4. Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure compliance with U.S. regulations like CAN-SPAM and GDPR, maintain brand voice, collaborate with teams.

Requirements include:

  • Proven experience in email marketing within construction, estimation, or B2B services.
  • Experience managing U.S.-based email campaigns.
  • Proficiency with Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or HubSpot.
  • Strong copywriting skills for a professional audience.
  • Understanding of construction workflows, bidding, procurement cycles.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and basic performance attribution.
  • Basic HTML/CSS skills are advantageous.

Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree, experience with construction SaaS, bid management software, lead scoring, and regional compliance knowledge.
