Who We're Looking For:

We need a dynamic, hands-on Co-founder to lead either Operations or Digital Marketing – someone ready to build with us from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

For Operations-Focused Candidates:

·Manage day-to-day platform operations and user experience

·Oversee CRM systems and ensure seamless communication between educators and institutes

·Handle customer support and gather valuable user feedback

·Build partnerships with educational institutions (education sector experience a plus)

For Digital Marketing-Focused Candidates:

·Develop and execute growth strategies (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing)

·Run targeted ad campaigns (Facebook, Google, LinkedIn) to drive user acquisition

·Create compelling content to attract both educators and institutions

·Analyze performance metrics to optimize marketing ROI
