Role Overview

As a Junior SDR, you'll work directly under the Sales Lead to help manage outreach, track leads, and support pre-sales activities across platforms like Upwork. This is a great opportunity to learn how digital product businesses close deals at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in proposal drafting, follow-ups, and client communication
  • Monitor Upwork job feeds and categorize leads
  • Track lead performance in internal CRMs or sheets
  • Join client calls for note-taking and knowledge transfer
  • Help prepare project estimates and documentation
  • Ensure timely updates and cross-shift coordination with other team members

Requirements

  • 0–1 year of experience in tech or B2B sales (fresh graduates welcome)
  • Understanding of tech fields like design, development, marketing, or automation
  • Strong written English and communication skills
  • Eager to learn sales systems and Upwork workflows
  • Familiarity with ClickUp, Slack, or Loom is a plus

Growth Path

If you show initiative and consistency, this role is designed to fast-track into Jr SDR → SDR → Closer in 6–12 months.
