  • Proactively generate new leads through cold calling, emailing, networking, and social outreach
  • Qualify prospects and conduct discovery calls to understand client needs
  • Deliver persuasive presentations and product demos tailored to each prospect
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead to close
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Collaborate with SDRs and marketing to refine messaging and lead quality
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets
  • Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of all interactions and activities

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a high-velocity environment
  • Proven success in lead generation and cold outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Comfortable with CRM platforms and sales enablement tools
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
