Location: DHA I, Sector F, Near Shaheen Chowk, Bahria Town Phase 7, Islamabad – Rawalpindi

About the Role:

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at Translation Empire. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, handling client queries professionally, and building strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries across multiple channels.
  • Identify customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of our services to assist effectively.
  • Follow up with customers to resolve all issues.
