We're looking for a capable and people-focused HR Manager to lead and scale our HR operations. This role will oversee recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management—while driving a culture where people thrive. Experience with remote workforce tools is a big plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Develop and enforce HR policies, ensuring legal compliance and cultural alignment
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle: hiring, engagement, performance reviews, and exits
  • Use employee management and time-tracking tools (like Hubstaff, Time Doctor, etc.) to monitor attendance, productivity, and project allocation
  • Implement performance evaluation frameworks and upskilling programs
  • Address employee concerns and support a healthy team culture
  • Support payroll and timesheet accuracy through integrated tools
  • Maintain HR records and use analytics for continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar senior HR role
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR operations, and compliance
  • Experience using workforce management tools like Hubstaff, Time Doctor, ClickUp, or similar
  • Great communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Comfortable managing remote or hybrid teams
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (MBA/HR certification is a plus)
