Job Summary:

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to drive delegate and sponsorship sales for P@SHA events and international delegations. You will be responsible for identifying prospects, building relationships, and closing sponsorship and delegate participation deals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify potential sponsors and delegates through research and outreach.
  • Develop and maintain a database of prospects and existing sponsors.
  • Pitch event and delegation opportunities to corporate clients and partners.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Assist in preparing sponsorship proposals and customized packages.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of sponsors and delegates.
  • Represent P@SHA at events and meetings as needed.
  • Manage and support social media outreach efforts related to sponsorship and delegate engagement, including assisting with relevant content postings.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or sponsorship roles.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic understanding of social media content/postings is a plus.
