Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Client Outreach Specialist with 1+ year of experience in lead generation through social media outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and email campaigns. The ideal candidate is proactive, results-driven, and skilled in identifying potential clients, nurturing relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and connect with potential clients through LinkedIn, social media, and email outreach.
  • Prospecting & Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with leads, engaging them through personalized messaging and follow-ups.
  • Market Research: Research and identify new business opportunities, industries, and key decision-makers.
  • CRM Management: Track leads, update records, and ensure follow-ups using CRM tools.
  • Content Personalization: Craft compelling messages and outreach campaigns tailored to the target audience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies with business goals.
  • Reporting & Optimization: Analyze outreach performance and suggest improvements for better conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in lead generation via LinkedIn, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, and CRM systems.
  • Bachelors in CS, IT, Marketing or relevant field
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to craft personalized and engaging outreach messages.
  • Experience in B2Bsales, realestate, or marketing services is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
