Position Purpose:

The Specialist Outreach will play a pivotal role in advancing the mission of the NOP Centre by leading and supporting strategic outreach initiatives, student engagement, institutional collaborations, and data-informed program design and delivery. The role requires a proactive, organized, and mission-driven professional capable of operating both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Strategic Outreach & Partnerships

  • Plan, organize, and deliver awareness sessions in schools and colleges across Pakistan.
  • Prepare and present outreach material at education institutions and partner forums.
  • Maintain and update a national database of partner institutions biannually.
  • Cultivate and manage long-term institutional partnerships to attract quality applicants.
  • Liaise with school representatives, donors, and visitors during outreach engagements.

2. NOP Branding & Communications

  • Contribute to NOP Centre's marketing and brand visibility strategies.
  • Design and oversee production of outreach promotional materials (digital and print).
  • Update the NOP Centre website and support content development for social and print media.
  • Coordinate with the LUMS Communications Office for storytelling and campaign support.

3. Programme Support & Logistics

  • Support planning and execution of flagship programmes such as the Summer Coaching Session and fundraising events.
  • Manage logistics for outreach and awareness campaigns, both in-person and virtual.
  • Provide operational support across all event phases: planning, implementation, follow-up.
  • Ensure coordination with internal departments (Admissions, IST, Marcomms, etc.).

4. Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting

  • · Track and report on the implementation of outreach initiatives.
  • Maintain dashboards and records of student participation and institutional reach.
  • Analyze feedback and impact data to refine programme strategies.
  • Develop reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

5. Institutional Networking & Representation

  • Represent the Centre at education fairs, school networks, and institutional partnerships.
  • Build visibility and strengthen presence in national outreach ecosystems.
  • Identify opportunities for collaborations aligned with NOP Centre objectives.

6. Research-Informed Practice

  • Stay updated on national and global best practices in education, outreach, and access.
  • Collect and organize community input (students, faculty, alumni) to shape programme design.
  • Contribute to strategy and planning meetings with research-backed insights.

7. Office Administration & Team Coordination

  • Support office documentation, compliance, meeting coordination, and logistics.
  • Contribute to staff and student volunteer onboarding, mentoring, and performance tracking.
  • Help maintain a culture of professionalism and high performance in the team.

  • Event & Project Management: Experience with event planning, project coordination, and administrative processes.

Qualification:

Bachelor's/Master's degree from a reputable HEC recognized institute.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of related experience.
