Job Responsibilities:

  1. Researching and writing proposals.
  2. Researching current and future markets.
  3. Responding and submitting business proposals as 'Bids'.
  4. Responding to the queries on proposals and raising concerns from assessing ToRs.
  5. Managing the bid process.
  6. Contributing to the written proposal- both in terms of content and presentation (preparation of a management summary).

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelors degree in Business, Management, or related field.
  2. Excellent communication skills (written).
  3. 6 months to a year of experience in writing business proposals/ Bidding department will be preferred.
  4. Strong research skills in sourcing out RFPs.
  5. Demonstrated expertise in Excel and proficiency in other MS Office tools (Outlook, Word).
  6. Knowledge of Bidding and RFPs will be a plus.
  7. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Able to construct high-quality, complex narratives and convey complex ideas simply and clearly.
  9. Must be flexible and willing to work the demands of the department.
  10. Ability to work pro-actively and creatively under pressure.
