Administrative Officer | Office Operations & Procurement Specialist

Company Description: We are a creative production and business services company based in Lahore, looking for a proactive and organized Assistant Admin Manager to support our team. You'll help manage day-to-day office operations and assist with basic administrative, HR, and procurement tasks.

This is a full-time, on-site role in Gulberg, Lahore. As Assistant Admin Manager, you'll be responsible for helping ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office. You'll work closely with the senior admin team, supporting operations across documentation, basic tech tasks, office upkeep, and vendor coordination.

  • Manage petty cash, record expenses, and assist in vendor payments
  • Support basic HR documentation and staff attendance
  • Help with procurement follow-ups and office supply inventory
  • Handle data backups, Google Drive, and hard drive organization
  • Assist with software installations and troubleshooting
  • Coordinate small repair and maintenance tasks
  • Keep files, records, and office space organized

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of admin or office assistant experience preferred
  • Ability to download, install, and manage simple software tools
  • Good communication in English and Urdu
  • Proactive, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Familiarity with Gulberg and nearby areas a plus

Salary: PKR 40,000 – 50,000 (based on experience)
