Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage project schedules, meetings, and deadlines.
  • Serve as a liaison between departments, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain and update records, files, and documentation related to projects and tasks.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
  • Organize and schedule events, meetings, and appointments.
  • Manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Should have minimum Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Min 2 years of experience preferred.
