Quality Resource Private Limited is a multinational digital marketing company that helps organizations manage their digital marketing needs through SEO, landing pages, reviews and reputation management, PPC, website optimization, social media, and web and mobile app development.
We are currently seeking a Customer Success Specialist (Night Shift) for our Lahore office. This role focuses on prospecting, managing outbound calls, customer retention, activation, and upselling to prospective clients. Successful candidates should be social, analytical, eager to learn new software, and able to communicate clearly and effectively. The ideal Customer Success Specialist will engage with customers, maximize value, and develop strategies to grow our customer base.
Salary Range: Rs. 100,000 to Rs. 150,000 base pay plus incentives.
Work Hours: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage client portfolios.
- Sustain business growth and profitability through upselling.
- Analyze customer data to enhance customer experience.
- Conduct product demonstrations for customers.
- Improve onboarding processes.
- Evaluate and enhance tutorials and communication infrastructure.
- Mediate between clients and the organization.
- Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints.
- Reduce customer churn.
- Assist in product design and development.
Qualifications and Skills:
- At least 2 years of proven experience in customer success, service, sales, communications, or a related field, or a Bachelor's Degree.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask; self-driven and proactive.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrate leadership qualities.
- High computer literacy and quick learner of new software.
- Knowledge of customer success processes and experience in document creation.
- Patience, active listening skills, and a passion for sales.
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Over 1 year of successful revenue-based sales experience.
- Understanding of data protection technologies.
