About us:

Gulf Got Talents & Get Contractor LLC is a dynamic and growing company operating in the industry like Event Production & Management, Fashion Industry, Talent Marketplace, Contractor Services, Etc. We are looking for a passionate and creative Digital Marketing Executive to take charge of our digital presence, manage social media channels, create engaging content, and drive audience engagement across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

• Manage and grow all company social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Google Business Profile etc.)
• Plan, create, and schedule daily/weekly social media posts using automation tools.
• Maintain a content calendar with consistent and strategic content plans.

Content Creation & Copywriting:

• Write high-quality captions, posts, and promotional content for social media and website.
• Write SEO-optimized blog posts, articles, and website content.
• Repurpose and update existing content to keep it fresh and relevant.

Video Content Creation & Editing:

• Create engaging marketing videos, reels, promos, and animations.
• Edit raw footage into polished video content using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar.
• Use AI tools (e.g., Synthesia, Pictory, Runway ML) to generate UGC-style videos and promotional clips.
• Add captions, animations, transitions, and branding elements to enhance videos.

UGC & AI-Generated Video Creation:

• Use AI tools (like Synthesia, Pictory, etc.) to create User-Generated Content (UGC) style videos and reels.
• Develop short-form and long-form video content for digital campaigns.

Graphic Design & Artwork:

• Design visually appealing graphics, banners, stories, and promotional materials for digital campaigns.
• Create artwork using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or other design tools.

Content Optimization:

• Optimize all content for SEO, readability, and engagement.
• Research hashtags, keywords, and trends to improve content visibility.

Scheduling & Automation:

• Use tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite to schedule and monitor content.
• Track engagement metrics and optimize posting times and formats.

Maintain consistency of brand voice, style, and visual identity across all channels.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and social media management.

- Proficient in content writing, social media scheduling tools, and AI tools for video creation.

- Skilled in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

- Strong understanding of social media trends and algorithms.

- Creative thinker with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory):

- Experience in influencer or talent marketing.

- Knowledge of paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads).

- Experience with CRM tools or email marketing platforms.
