We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Multan, Pakistan. As the Office Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our office and ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Responsibilities:- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring they are well-stocked and organized
- Oversee reception area, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling mail
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and repairs
- Manage employee schedules and ensure coverage for all necessary tasks
- Process payroll and maintain accurate records of employee attendance
- Assist with budget planning and tracking expenses
- Handle confidential documents with discretion
- Plan company events and meetings as needed
- Develop and implement office policies to improve efficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have accommodation in Multan
Salary: $1800 per month
Location: Multan, Pakistan
