This role involves managing the complete employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth HR operations, and leading the recruitment of highly skilled IT professionals across diverse technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end technical recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding IT professionals.
  • Maintain and manage HRM systems and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Handle payroll management, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Develop and implement HR policies & procedures aligned with company culture and compliance.
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance management initiatives.
  • Manage attendance tracking, leave management, and timesheets.
  • Oversee administrative HR tasks, including contracts, offer letters, and employee documentation.
  • Support training, development, and career growth initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in technical recruitment within the IT industry.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS & HRM systems.
  • Strong understanding of payroll, benefits, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage end-to-end HR operations.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
