Field Relationship Executive – Education Outreach (TCF School Publishing)

Manage assigned territories comprising clusters of low-cost private schools. Support and encourage schools to adopt TCF school publishing resources. This role requires an interest in education, strong interpersonal skills, persistence, and a customer-first mindset. Involves daily school visits and understanding educational needs to increase adoption and impact.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between TCF School Publishing Unit and schools
  • Visit schools to introduce and explain TCF's publishing resources
  • Highlight educational benefits and effectiveness of TCF resources
  • Provide ongoing support to schools on resource use and benefits
  • Manage and grow product adoption with measurable targets
  • Engage schools proactively and organize outreach activities like book fairs and orientation sessions
  • Collect feedback for product and process improvements
  • Maintain records of visits, sales, and communications using MS Office tools
  • Report progress, challenges, and opportunities regularly to the Senior Manager

Required Skills

  • Customer-first mindset with strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Urdu and functional knowledge of English
  • Competency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to field conditions
  • Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills

Education

BBA, B.Com, or Bachelor's in Sales & Marketing

Experience

  • 1-2 years in sales or customer support
  • Experience in low-cost school environments, curriculum understanding, and bilingual communication skills
  • Tech-savvy with strong independence, planning, and analytical abilities
