Key Territory Account Manager Role\

As a highly skilled and experienced Key Territory Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and achieving annual targets. Your key responsibilities will include managing distributors and retailers, meeting debtor targets, reducing overdue payments, and ensuring all customer/dealer statements are signed monthly.

\Key Responsibilities:\

  • Manage a portfolio of high-value distributors and retailers to achieve annual volume, revenue, and contribution margin targets.\
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to reduce cheque bouncing and improve cash flow.\
  • Ensure compliance with corporate governance, values, and HSE policies across the territory.\
  • Install POS machines as agreed and ensure smooth implementation.\
  • Expand connections with dealers and customers to meet targets, resolving market issues amicably under supervision.\
  • Meet debtor targets and reduce overdue payments through regular communication and negotiation.\
  • Achieve annual targets by identifying opportunities for growth and implementing effective sales strategies.\
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve processes.\
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights to inform strategic decisions.\\

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of experience in sales or account management.\
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.\
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software tools.\
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable institution.\
  • Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.\
  • Responsible, hard-working, and adaptable individual.\\
