We are looking for a skilled and motivated Technical Recruiter to join our in-house team at Stafflink. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and hiring top-tier technical talent across various domains. You'll play a key role in scaling our global workforce, supporting client hiring needs, and building a high-quality talent pipeline that powers our outsourcing and product business.

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Technical Recruiter to join our in-house team at Stafflink. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and hiring top-tier technical talent across various domains. You'll play a key role in scaling our global workforce, supporting client hiring needs, and building a high-quality talent pipeline that powers our outsourcing and product business.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing and Outreach

  • Identify and engage with top candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, and internal databases
  • Run strategic outreach campaigns to attract passive and active candidates
  • Maintain a strong and diverse pipeline of qualified technical talent

Screening and Evaluation

  • Conduct initial screenings to assess technical and cultural fit
  • Coordinate technical interviews and assessments with hiring managers or clients
  • Prepare and present candidate summaries, resumes, and technical evaluations

Client and Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with clients and internal project teams to understand hiring needs and role requirements
  • Schedule and manage interview processes, collect feedback, and support decision-making
  • Ensure a smooth and professional experience for both clients and candidates

Candidate Database and ATS Management

  • Keep accurate and updated records of all candidates, including notes, status, and availability
  • Organize candidates within Stafflink's internal ATS or talent system for fast matching
  • Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and offer acceptance rate

Process Optimization and Collaboration

  • Help standardize recruitment processes, templates, and candidate evaluation methods
  • Stay informed on market trends, salary benchmarks, and sourcing tools
  • Contribute ideas to improve employer branding, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in technical recruitment (in-house or agency)
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, languages, and tools (e.g., frontend, backend, DevOps, cloud, etc.)
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing platforms, job boards, and outreach tools
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience recruiting across international markets (North America, Europe, Australia, Asia)
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and CRM tools
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to assess technical resumes with accuracy
