Responsibilities:
  1. Liaise with internal departments to identify recruitment needs.
  2. Determine selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements.
  3. Source candidates via online portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, and print media as needed.
  4. Evaluate applications, screen candidates through calls or emails, and facilitate pre-interview assessments.
  5. Prepare interview questions and conduct in-person or video interviews.
  6. Develop hiring forecasts as part of strategic planning.
  7. Document processes and maintain good relationships with candidates and past applicants.
  8. Develop hiring strategies aligned with industry trends and stay informed of field advancements.
