We are currently seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality Salesforce solutions that meet our clients' business needs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design & Development: Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies. Translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures and robust solutions.
2. Customization & Configuration: Configure and maintain custom objects, record types, workflows, validation rules, process builders, and flows. Implement and manage user permissions, profiles, and roles to ensure data integrity and security.
3. Integration & APIs: Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party applications. Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization between Salesforce and other critical systems.
4. Performance & Optimization: Troubleshoot performance and data integrity issues; recommend and implement best practices to optimize Salesforce performance. Conduct regular code reviews, enforce code quality standards, and optimize development processes.
5. Collaboration & Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance—to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions on time. Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing, best practices, and continuous improvement.
6. Documentation & Maintenance: Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all Salesforce customizations and integrations. Provide post-deployment support and ongoing maintenance to ensure solution stability and user satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I (required); Salesforce Platform Developer II or equivalent certifications are highly preferred.
• Technical Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, SOSL). Proven experience integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms and tools. Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and governor limits.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience working in a fast-paced technology or consulting environment is preferred.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Key Skills

• Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Service Cloud functionalities including case management, task management, configure custom settings and managed packages, configure Salesforce Live Chat (knowledge of AgentForce is a plus)
• REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Patterns
• Git or other version control systems
• Agile/Scrum methodologies
• DevOps tools (CI/CD) is a plus
