Company Description

PostEx is a hybrid receivables factoring solution and courier service that pays invoice values upfront to e-commerce companies offering Cash on Delivery as one of their payment modes. PostEx combines modernized delivery with instant and upfront payments to ease access to capital. We aim to transform conventional logistics by making the process smooth and instantaneous.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hub Manager located in Gujranwala. The Hub Manager will oversee daily operations at the hub, including managing staff, coordinating with couriers, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining inventory records. Other responsibilities include troubleshooting logistical issues, optimizing delivery routes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The Hub Manager will also work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payments.

Qualifications

  • Experience in logistics, supply chain management, and courier services
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in using logistics software and tools
  • Relevant educational background (e.g., Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field)
  • Experience in e-commerce or delivery services is a plus
