Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and business-savvy individual to join our team as a Project Manager (Dynamics 365) for Microsoft Dynamics 365. This is a client-facing role for someone with a strong foundation in business processes across domains like sales, project management, customer service, and finance—paired with a good understanding of ERP/CRM systems.

This is not a technical/developer role. You will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and our technical delivery team, leading process discovery sessions and helping shape functional solutions tailored to client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between clients and the technical implementation team.
• Lead workshops and discovery sessions to understand and document client business processes.
• Map client business needs to Dynamics 365 functionalities, especially in areas such as Sales, Project Operations, and Customer Service.
• Draft and present functional specifications and process documentation.
• Participate in solution design and process re-engineering activities.
• Provide input on best practices in ERP/CRM usage and adoption.
• Support in change management, UAT, and training initiatives with clients.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in a client-facing business analysis, consulting, or process management role.
• Solid understanding of business process flows—Sales, Marketing, Project Management, Finance, or Customer Service.
• Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, or similar).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong documentation and presentation abilities.

Preferred Qualification

• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules (CE, Project Operations, Sales, etc.).
• Experience working in a consulting or digital transformation environment.
• Certifications like MB-920 (Fundamentals), or experience in working on implementation lifecycles are a plus.
• Comfortable using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, Confluence, Jira, or DevOps for documentation and collaboration.

Preferred Certifications

• CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)
• PMP (Project Management Professional)
